happy valentines day. i really am not a hugeeee fan of the holiday- i mean, dont get me wrong i loveeee candy, cookies, cupcakes, (which ive already had waaaay to many of today) but at the same time ehhhh. not really into it. either way. i love love love this pic, and thought it was appropriate for today. <3.

Best book ever. Filled with inspirational quotes that do exactly what you would expect. Help you to "keep calm and carry on." Come to find out this saying dates back to 1939, produced by the British governemnt's Ministry of Information on the eve of war. It wasnt until 2008 that a British bookseller, Stuart Manley, found a copy of this British posters in a dusty box of old books bought at an auction. Mr. Manley and his wife loved the phrase so much, they framed the poster and hung it up in their bookshop. The rest is history...at this point, the phrase is everywhere!! The book is a modest attempt at inspiration, and it does just that. You can find is at Urban Outfitters.

new obsession.

my new obsession. EOS (evolution of smooth) lip balm is my new favorite. it tastes amazing, it makes your lips so smooth, and not to mention its fun packaging makes the purchase totally worth it. i have been on the hunt to find this little egg shape wonder for a while.  i either forget to look for it, or have an impossible time trying to find it, but when i was at ulta this past weekend i found them on my way out. by far the yellow one is my favorite, green coming second... and i am on the search for the red one! :)

My Bestfriend

I just wanted to let you know I love you and I am glad your in my life. Honestly without you I don’t know where I would be. You have stuck with me through tough times, rough heartbreaks, and stupid drama. Even though we fight sometimes I know you’ll always be there for me. We have known each other forever it seems and we share every secret kept hidden. You are amazing inside and out as much as you are gorgeous. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. We may be complete opposites in some ways, but you have been the best influence on me. You have sensible advice in every situation even though I may not see that at the time. I know I don’t say this a lot, but I am thankful to have a friend as great as you. & In years to come I don’t know if we will still be close. In this crazy world who knows what’s going to happen? If we grow apart then okay. I’ll be sad but I know you helped me become the person I am today. That is something I will never forget.
I want to tell you that you’re my best friend I’ve ever had. & no one could ever take that from you.
